The National Investigation Agency (NIA) while filing a charge sheet in the Burdwan blast case in West Bengal of India that had shaken the nation last year claimed on Monday that the banned terror outfit Jamiat-ul-Mujahdieen of Bangladesh was behind the blast and the motive was to overthrow the democratically-elected government in Bangladesh and to establish a Sharia rule there then after.
