INGREDIENTS:

460 ml of whipping cream
200 gr Sugar
1 SobreGelatina tasteless
Whole milk 100 ml
30-40 Oreo Cookies

STEPS

The first thing we do is pour the milk into a saucepan and heat over low heat, should not come to a boil, add the gelatin dissolve well and remove from heat, let cool. While cooling, crushed Oreo cookies, you can do it manually or blender.

Whip the cream. To do this, you can use an electric beater or blender. When the cream has started to ride but is not ready at all, it incorporates the sugar gradually and stirring constantly. If the milk is warm and also add it to the cream carefully and, stirring constantly.
