It is shameful to wake up ,it is raining but what can be called good state of road or all wether road looks more of a kitchen garden. When emergency comes it becomes impossible to pass .however, the most painful we have our area member of parliament ,mr kabando wa kabando who have cast a blind eye on it and never ask this question about the contractor who just did a few weeks shoddy work and then disappeared leaving it worse than never. When I pointed this on this road he did answer this and his blind advisers and followers never say anything
