Instructions:
Making Of Batter Mixture
Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. If you are going to bake at home then you need the egg beater. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 cup of butter. Remove from heat until smooth. In a large grease free bowl, whisk the eggs. In a large bowl use a stand mixer or handheld mixer cream butter and sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add the eggs on at a time, blending after each egg is added. Turn speed to low and alternate adding icing sugar, wheat flour mixture and baking powder until all combined. Then pour down butter & egg texture over it. In the end add melt chocolate. Mix it well.
Making Of Mud Brownies Tray Pans
Grease mould/ cake pans with oil. Pour equal amounts of batter into each pan and spread evenly. Brush with butter on the top layer of mud brownies (gives a shine look). Bake on middle rack of the oven for 30-40 minutes until brownies start to pull away from the sides of the pan. Cool cakes on wire racks for at least 30 minutes before removing from pans.
Cook Time: 40 Minutes.
Serve Cold.
