Mung Bean Recipe
My favorite dish made yesterday .
Abby started off with big pot on open fire filled with fresh drinking water.

Mung bean which she soaked over night .
Water spinach leaves added
Pumpkin a large chunk pieces.

Bring to just under boil and simmer till taste and soft .
Make some rice to go with it and serve
extra add soy sauce with chopped tomato and chilly
It just makes you hungry and want more more more .
If you start to sweat you know it working and your healthy as you get the tummy fire burning.
