Ingredients:
1 big onion(chopped)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 cube chicken stock
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
salt as per your taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
2-3 tbsp yogurt
Paste:
1 medium onion
2 medium tomatoes
1 tbsp coconut powder
1/2 tsp zeera
Method:
fry the chopped onions until light brown in a tbsp of oil. Add ginger garlic paste and saute it. Add mutton to it and keep stirring..
For the paste,blend onion and tomato with zeera and coconut powder into fine thick paste.
When the mutton starts to cook, add the cube of chicken stock and dry masalas - red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder. Mix it well.
Now add yogurt (lightly beaten) and mix.
Then add the onion-tomato paste and let it cook.
Close the cooker and allow it to whistle 5-6 times depending on how raw the mutton is.
Serve hot!
