At long last, although it has been a long time coming, I have finally reached the pinnacle, the top, and most coveted position in the leader board – the rank 1 position.

For the past few months I've read numerous blogs from different members highlighting their journey here in bitLanders. I was supposed to do the same – however, I opted not to do so until I accomplished that certain bitLanders goal.
Luckily, I have attained that objective last week. This naturally follows that I am now free to finish and submit this post.
So sit back relax, and have fun reading my bitLanders adventures, highlights, and journey to become number one. Hopefully, the information found here will motivate you to reach that top leaderboard spot and at the same time, inspire you to record highlights of your own bitLanders journey.
Achieving Rank 1
Let me begin with the bitLander goal that I'm referring to earlier. I'm sure that many members also wish to become or to reach the number 1 spot in the leaderboard.
Even though the objective is the same, I'm assuming that each member may have their own reasons. In my case, aside from the obvious huge rewards, there is something that I value more – and that is the rich rewarding feeling of sense and accomplishment.
Some members may wonder why, but the logic is actually not that hard to understand. Let us not forget two things:
(a) money is finite, but glory from a hard earned goal lasts longer
(b) bitLanders is a game of sort. It may appear a little different with all the various incorporated aspects, but in its core, it is somehow like a game which is why there is a leader board and member rankings. Being number one proves that at some point in time, you are the best.
Two Years and Counting
(Image Source: Personal – screenshot and edited by jikZ)
Yes folks, you read that right. I am a member of the bitLanders community for more than two years and I don't see myself leaving at any time soon. I have made this clear and even wrote about it on my previous blog.
I won't detail and expand this aspect here since I have already (and exhaustively) explained it. If you want to know more, you may do so by reading this post: bitLanders is the community where I belong
After reading that post, you'll under why I don't want to leave bitLanders and you'll also realize that being part of bitLanders carries with it numerous benefits not only for myself, but for other people as well.
Already made $370+
Before continuing, reminder please that the site's rewards system uses bitMiles wherein 1 gBM is approximately equal to $1.

Moving on, as of writing time, I have accumulated more than three hundred seventy dollars (370+ gBM) from the site. When converted to our local currency, those rewards is pretty huge and has been a big help to supplement my other financial sources.
The table below shows the monthly rewards that I received from bitLanders – while a graphical representation is also provided for clearer reference (not included on the table are my rewards earned for June)

Multiple Charitable Donations

It is also worth noting that multiple donations to charitable organizations have been a remarkable part of my bitLanders journey.
For those who are not aware, a certain percentage of that three hundred 370+ gBM went to charity. As we all know bitLanders generously supports many charitable institutions which the site refers to as bitCharities. For instance, for any purchased items (orders) the system automatically donates bitMiles to charity.
The photo below shows the different charity institutions supported by bitLanders. To view the entire list and to read the mechanics of bitCharities, please feel free to visit the bitCharities section of the site’s shop (http://www.bitlanders.com/shop/charity)

Surpassed the 300 buzz score mark
I can recall two or three instances wherein I was able to go over the 300 buzz score mark. It was just amazing when opportunities are aligned and just presented itself.
Anyway, for those who are wondering how I did that, during those times, I received a perfect rating for a double rewards topic (NBA Cares in the Philippines - Sports and Social Good) which further boosted the strong buzz bonus provided by the tiaras.
If you are not familiar with this particular head accessory, you can do so by reading this blog: (Want to Increase Buzz Score? Buy the Tiara!) By the way, if you are looking for that particular jewelry in the shop, please keep in mind that it is no longer available since it is on limited offer only (until June 23).
Two Posts with more than 500 Buzz
Another bitLander achievement that I am quite proud of is that two of my content has received more than 500 buzzes. On top of that, two more are also nearing this milestone (the two have already passed the 400th mark and well on their way to surpass 500)
I consider this another highlight of my bitLanders journey since it shows that members have appreciated what I have written. Obviously, you feel a certain sense of accomplishment when others appreciated what you have done.
Seven 5-stars Blogs
Here is another interesting fact during my bitLanders journey. Out of 37 blogs, 7 of my submitted content was quite fortunate to be rated five stars by Hillary.
As of posting time, below are my blog statistics:
37 – Total number of posted blogs
7 – Five star Blogs
20 – Four star Blogs
3 – Submitted blogs but not yet rated (including this one)
7 – blogs that I did not submit for review
Below is a screenshot compilation of all of my five star blogs. Please feel free to visit them as you may learn a few pointers regarding: (a) presentation, (b) train of thought construction, and (c) tags selection. Fyi please that all of my blogs can be found here: http://www.bitlanders.com/jikZ/blog_post

And The Journey Continues…
Well that’s just about it. I’m proud to say that it has been a wonderful two years and I’m sure that the upcoming ones will be equally enjoyable.
If you are new to the site, remember that it took me more than two years to accomplish what I have. Additionally, the rank 1 spot in the leaderboard is not permanent. Just take your time and have fun in doing so. Who knows, you might even become number within a few months.
