Today, it is time to write about my activities during last two weeks. In last two weeks, I was busy with some staffs. The first week I did attend to the conference of (5th IT international) in Ministry of Higher Education, which was hold by DAAD. It was very interesting conference, which discussed about educational software’s and IT infrastructure in Universities. The entire top 50- Master graduated joined with the older generation to combine their knowledge to use the best way of presenting the future of MOHE. Also this kind of conference is the .bestplace to do networking and see the old friends and classmates
Looking to my life, that how I did change the style and my way from ll of them? They stayed at the university and educated the students. but three years ago I did start the business in Education sector. I am happy with my current works as I can help more students in the schools level. Working with Francesco Ruli gave me this chance to back again to education and support many lives of students. Even bring changes in their economy beside of strengthening their education.
After Conference, I just worked with team to complete the bid on MOF projects as we had to participate to its .bidding the day after conferenc

I always have stress before this kind of meeting, so I sent Ali to join in bidding and after two hours I received good news that we are winner in the first steps of big project in MOF, at first It was very excited to be winner at first step but our happiness was removed, when we think about the evaluation part that is important of steps, that the winner will be selected. They will research and evaluate the Technical and cost estimation parts and if the both were okay for them, then we would be winner. But sometimes we can’t be winner due to some problems ,so let’s see the future.
This week, it was coming with the new year with full of stress and worries. I did apply for a project, which was useful for job seeker to find job in Film Annex and other online distribution of film. and blogs so they would be able to work online. But we got small problem to get it and it was not good news to me to explain it to some of our Afghan Clerks how the social media works and the people can make money with that. It was totally new concept to them. That’s not easy to understand it . Even one of them said, that” we are still in 1992 in case of documentation and finical systems. Well I understood, that the big organization has a different policy due to that they have to follow the rules .in case of business of IT looking to big companies, which have a successful history like Google or Blommberger. they don’t have such kind of policy even making a fun environment that makes more useful than dry environment . I like such kind of policy.
I have lots of contracts with different organizations like NATO, ISAF, TFSBO, Afghan Government and Film Annex. But I most like working with Film Annex as a different policy and concept , every things is made on online , I love it don’t have too much policy and dry low to make people try. My employees, who work with Film annex are so happy with that even more encourage to work more than the time it is expected them and even hope for their future

I love working with Francesco and his clerks, everything is easy and doesn’t have too much beurocracy in case of reports, minutes, invoices and documentation papers. Everything’s is online. We had to make the documentation by creating the schools documentaries, blogs and uploading so interest .
My friends say, that it is about luck and unlucky, so I think that these weeks I was lucky and in some cases unlucky.
