Mèxico is a country rich in culture and gastronomy, sometimes it is hard to see all of these aspects when the political and economic situation is on the spotligth, but like a japanese proverb says " a tree without leaves is still a tree". And we can`t forget about all the natural resources and the ancient civilizations that emerged here and developed their owns cults, traditions and dishes, some of wich still prevail to this days.
