MY FAVOURITE FOOD RECIPE

        INGREDIENTS:

  • Panner
  • Butter
  • Onion-3no’s
  • Tomato-2 no’s
  • Coriander leaves
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala
  • Oil
  • Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp

 

PREPARATION METHOD:

  1. Grind onion and tomato separately in a mixer and transfer it in a bowl.
  2. Pour oil in the hot pan and fry sliced panner in that oil and place it in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour oil in the same pan and add grinded onion to it and stir it well, when it is mixed well add the tomato blend and mix well.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste to it stir well until the oil gets separated from the mix.
  5. Add 2tsp of Garam masala, panner butter masala, mix well.
  6. Now add panner to the mixture and blend well until the panner gets mixed with the gravy.
  7. Finally add butter and garnish with the coriander and curry leaves.
