INGREDIENTS:
- Panner
- Butter
- Onion-3no’s
- Tomato-2 no’s
- Coriander leaves
- Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- Garam masala
- Oil
- Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Grind onion and tomato separately in a mixer and transfer it in a bowl.
- Pour oil in the hot pan and fry sliced panner in that oil and place it in a separate bowl.
- Pour oil in the same pan and add grinded onion to it and stir it well, when it is mixed well add the tomato blend and mix well.
- Add ginger garlic paste to it stir well until the oil gets separated from the mix.
- Add 2tsp of Garam masala, panner butter masala, mix well.
- Now add panner to the mixture and blend well until the panner gets mixed with the gravy.
- Finally add butter and garnish with the coriander and curry leaves.
Your panner butter masala is ready... :)
