I must admit, I've been active with Bitlanders for almost ten (10) months yet I have been struggling to learn about the Querlo Chat. I am aware that having a related Querlo Chat embedded on our blog post would give us an additional Buzz points. I would usually use the ready-made templates for my blog post. However, there are times when the Querlo subject would not match my topic.
I attempted to create my own Querlo Chat for several times but I ended messing up the whole app. I conducted my own extensive research and read a lot of articles on this topic. After several attempts which mostly lead to failure, I am happy to announce that I finally made my first Querlo Chat! For me, it is a great achievement because I could use this with my blog posts.

It was probably because of my busy schedule that I could not follow the instructions despite having several attempts to do it. That is why I decided to take this thing seriously this weekend while having my short break from work.
Before going further, let us first have a short discussion about Querlo so that we may fully understand what it is all about and why we need to learn about it.

Querlo is a helpful instrument to generate information from different people around the world. It is an interactive real-time communication program which aims to collect data in a manner which gives the reader the freedom to express his/her opinion in a friendly manner. It is like communicating with a real person which make it comfortable for the reader to give out relevant information.
Despite the current digital trend when almost everything can be achieved by a mere click of a button, most people are still reluctant in giving out information. That is why big companies are still finding it difficult to gather information needed for business improvement and the likes.
Thanks to MTI USA Inc, a company established in New York in 1995, operating in Technology, Fashion, and Real estate. MTI has offices and partnerships in USA, Italy, Taiwan, and Dubai. Its founder is Francesco Rulli. Because of Querlo Chatbot, we can now collect data in a more fun and interactive way.

So, instead of placing irrelevant Querlo chat in our blog post, we could opt to place our own. We can also use the Querlo chat with our own blogs if applicable. The data that we can gather could be useful in our future plans.

Basically, we need to sign in to querlo.com. For Bitlanders members, we can use the login details we have for Bitlanders. There's no need to create a separate account. however, if you are not yet a member of Bitlanders, you may opt to sign with Bitlanders first.

At the Admin dashboard, click the +New Chat to create to start creating your own chatbot.

You can customize the main chat bubble color and the user chat bubble color by adjusting the color in the chat customization menu.

You can also add a background to the main page. There is also have the option to add an avatar to the main user. Once satisfied with the design, you may click Create.

Start creating new text block, question, or add an image to the chatbot. You can always review and edit your work before finally publishing it.

You can set the answer to multiple choice options, open answer, emotion, sentiment, conditional branch, or multiple answer.
Don't forget to preview your chatbot.

If you are satisfied with your work, you may now share the chatbot by copying the link and you can share it to social media, emails or your website. You can also copy the embed code.
On the final thought...
Querlo Chat is not only about collecting data. It can also be a great way to disseminate information, to create awareness and to share relevant information about a certain topic, site or any subject.
