I made this blog yesterday and I need help to develop my blog..any suggestion from you guys.

 

About to walk, yes walking is a movements from in a place to another places. and about to walk is one of the best way of experiencing the world.

 
WIKIWalking also known as ambulation. which is very helpful to maintain a good term of your health. Regular, brisk exercise of any kind can improve confidence, stamina, energy, weight control and life expectancy and reduce stress. It can also reduce the risk of coronary heart disease, strokes, diabetes, high blood pressure, bowel cancer and osteoporosis. Scientific studies have also shown that walking, besides its physical benefits, is also beneficial for the mind, improving memory skills, learning ability, concentration and abstract reasoning, as well as reducing stress and lifting spirits.
 
But, with my own ideas I would like to express that walking is the regular attributes of our experience here in the world. Walking day by day is just like discovering what is new or trend today. By not to walk is just like an inmates in a cell less of ideas and updates what is latest.
 
By going the flow of what is new it will describes like as discovering a new places and ideas of what is in there in a certain place.
