Today, October 25th, is National Greasy Foods Day,
This certainly isn't the healthiest food day, but the occasional bit of greasy food is not too much of a problem. It's only when it is constantly consumed that it becomes a serious problem.
Greasy food is not just that that is literally greasy, but can also include a whole host of fried foods.
Chips, burgers, fried chicken, ribs, bacon, fried fish and pizza could all be considered greasy foods, either because they have a fair amount of grease in them, or they are fried.
