This is also sometimes called Pizza with The Works and tends to have "Except Anchovies" tagged on the end.

The alternative descriptions make it clearer about what this day is about. Pizza with Everything suggests that you should have a pizza every time you eat - which could be overdoing it.

Instead, it's a pizza that has every topping possible on it. Which, considering the amount of toppings available in some places is also probably overdoing it.

It's best to approach this with a modicum of sense. Don't just stick everything on top and hope it tastes okay. Instead, make something that you actually want to eat.

You could even have anchovies if you like them on a pizza.
