NBA Player Suing NYC

Thabo Sefolosha, the NBA player who beat criminal charges of resisting arrest in a fight outside of 1OAK, is suing New York City for up to $50 million dollars. Bouncer Chronicles reports that Sefolosha, who plays for the Atlanta Hawks, claims permanent injuries even though he is back on the basketball court playing in games.

His defense lawyer Alex Spiro said the player's exceptional performance on the court does not mean he was not permanently injured.
