I am listing down the food that we will prepare for the coming New Year. I think since most of my family members have problems with cholesterol, I am planning to have more of fish, vegetables, fruits, and a few chicken and meatballs for the children.
Right this early I am already listing down the menu and the drinks to ensure that everyone will have something to eat, especially those having problems with blood sugar, arthritis, and GERD. Special considerations will be given the older ones so they will enjoy both the food and the party as well.
