Now the sun is starting to go down and it should feel cooler outside I am going to sit in the garden and read another chapter of my book which I have been doing every evening this week so far and I have enjoyed it as I get some fresh air and it's lovely and peaceful outside as well, apart from a local neighbours dog that barks occasionally. It's not going to be as hot tonight which means I should get a better night's sleep with any luck. The hay fever tablets I have started today haven't made me feel drowsy yet which is good.
