I'm back after some holidays not only from Bitlanders but also from my shop and was not able to complete my daily work easier.

The reason was that I was busy in submitting documents to the Punjab Education Department Pakistan for the job of my wife.

So today I decided to write an article about the whole procedure which I completed in forwarding documents to the department. I will mention it here and will start my journey from the beginning.
The job Ad:

While surfing the internet I was looking for job ads and noticed that Punjab government is going to announce vacant positions in the schools of Punjab and the ad will be posted soon.
Before I go further I would like to mention the ads site here which I often use for looking job ads.http://www.pakistanjobsbank.com/
The above website helps me a lot in finding different ads of various companies and government organizations and so I am also able to print out their application forms for providing to the people who visit my shop.

After the ad, you can see that the next procedure of appointing teachers in Punjab educators Department is managed by NTS and now I will mention about NTS here.
What is NTS:

NTS stands for national testing service and this organization is a semi-government and works for taking tests and interviews on various posts. NTS arranges tests for different organizations and many companies also hire NTS for taking the test in various posts.
National Testing Service - Pakistan (NTS) is an organization in Pakistan that administers academic performance evaluation tests. It is similar to Educational Testing Service (ETS) in the United States. NTS offers two main types of tests, the National Aptitude Test (NAT)[1] and the Graduate Assessment Test (GAT). NAT is aimed at students seeking admission to colleges and universities. GAT is aimed at graduates seeking admission to postgraduate education. NTS exams are also used to determine qualifications of students seeking advanced study abroad.[2]
NTS is a Member of the International Association for Educational Assessment. It is also recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. The NTS was developed to ensure quality educational standards in Pakistan and to "provide a national scale for comparative grading between institutes",[3] consolidating examination boards under one administrating body.[4] According to Shahid Siddiqui, director of The Centre for Humanities and Social Sciences at the Lahore School of Economics, tests implemented prior to the development of the NTS were criticized as not accommodating socio-cultural differences, resulting in a need for "an indigenous testing service that should design and develop testing materials within an indigenous context".[5] Prominent Pakistani institutions like COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT), Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU), BUITEMS and Center for Advanced Studies in Engineering (CASE), The Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB) have made it compulsory for students seeking admission to have cleared tests conducted by NTS.Credits: Wikipedia.org
National testing service organizes test in different cities of Pakistan and collects the fee for different posts and announces details on its website.

NTS posted the ad about the teacher's job on its website and we got it in the early days. When I saw the ad on the NTS website I also read instructions for posting the application to NTS.

We read through the ad and newspapers that we have to fill and send an application for the entry test which was going to be held through NTS.

NTS announced in the ad that we have to fill online application form so we also organized our documents and prepared for online form submission.

NTS showed an online form for online submission of data for the educational job. The from was containing following fields which must be filled by the applicant.
Name and complete address of the Applicant
Passport sized color photograph (Must be uploaded through a scanner)
Domicile Certificate (Female may also apply through Husband Domicile)
Educational Certificates (Mention details including percentage and marks)
Professional experience
Professional qualification
The form can be submitted once and there is no chance for any mistake.
Then the form would be submitted to NTS and you may further apply on your desired posts depending upon your qualification.
After some days, NTS sent us Roll no slips on our home address and you can also get your roll no slips through NTS website.

NTS tests are organized in the said district and you have to appear there using your original CNIC and Roll No slip. If you don't have your CNIC or Roll no slip then you are not eligible for the test.
Furthermore, there are some condition & rules which must be obeyed before the test.
Don't bring mobile phones to the examination Centre.
Don't bring the electronic calculator to the exam center or any other electronic device. If found then the paper will be canceled and there will be no condition to sit in the exam center.
Don't talk to anyone else or don't ask for help to anyone.
These conditions are very strict and must be obeyed for the test.
What is domicile Certificate?

Domicile certificate is very important for applying for the government job and this certificate also tells that the candidate is living in the said district. For educational job and especially for women, they can submit their application either with their own domicile or with husband 's domicile. Husband's domicile will only be acceptable if she is also carrying marriage certificate which is also required. Domicile will be used to appoint the candidate in the said district and because vacant positions are declared through district vise.
We applied our job application to the NTS past month and also passed our exam. NTS showed our result on the website and told us that now we have to submit our documents to the Punjab education department.

After NTS result now we have to submit documents to the Punjab Education Department including our result which was declared by NTS and now Punjab Education Department will announce the successful candidates for vacant positions and will appoint them soon.
Now after documents submission, Punjab Education Department will organize interviews of the candidates who have successfully passed the exam and also submitted required documents.

At the time of the interview, candidates must bring their original certificates and degrees and these certificates will be verified and checked. After checking it, they will make a merit list in which candidates will be announced and those candidates would be successful and will be selected for the job.
