NYC Bouncer Shot Dead

This past weekend we lost another New York City bouncer because of a senseless club shooting! Christopher Brahan, 32, of the Bronx was working his first shift at Pats Palm Tree Inn in Brooklyn when he was gunned down outside the club early Sunday morning. Brahan was hired for $150 that night to replace one of the two regular security guards at the club.

The unknown gunman had returned to the club with a weapon shortly after being ejected earlier in the night for an altercation. It was not known if Brahan was the bouncer who ejected the gunman. He then returned around 4:30AM Sunday and shot Brahan several times in the doorway of the club's entrance. New York City police officers said Brahan was shot eight times after two feuding groups of men were seperated with one of the groups getting ejected from the club.

In 2009, Brahan's half-brother was killed by a bunch of thugs after a dispute at a local gym just under a mile away from the crime scene on Sunday.
