• A construction crane partially collapsed when Hurricane Sandy hit New York City on October 29th, 2012. A large section was left dangling precariously at the top until it was safely secured on November 5, 2012.
• The building is being marketed as a 90-story tower although there are only 75 stories (the developer chose to have floors with higher ceilings).
