I have been attending campus college for about six months now.  I have found I am equally isolated on campus as I am in an on line school. However, I find there are more advantages in a campus setting than an on line setting.

The biggest advantage I find in a campus setting is the ability to have a tutoring service readily available. Sure, this was available in an on line setting also. However, I found it more difficult to get help with my on line classes than I do for my campus classes.

Over all, I think I like the campus classes better. I will be attending on line for awhile, but I cannot wait to get back to the campus. The campus has a more college feel to it than the on line program.
