Oven Roasted Corn on the Cob with Garlic Butter

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 ears of corn on the cob
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine the softened butter with the minced garlic and chopped parsley. Set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the corn (still inside the husks) directly onto the oven rack. Roast for 30 minutes. Peel down the husks then use as a handle when eating. Serve slathered with the garlic butter then season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste. Enjoy.
