Last year I was having a lot of gut problems. Not sure if it was IBS or what. I was taking a daily probiotic, but that wasn't helping. Since I started using Nutrisystem, I've only had one GI flareup in several months now. There was a very noticeable improvement. I only take  Nutrisystem about half the recommended daily dose, too, which makes it more cost-effective. Tastes great, too! (Warning: keep out of the reach of dogs.
