he University of Agriculture Peshawar is appealing the applications for Pak-USAID merit and need based scholarship for deserving and needy aspirants who are searching for admission in MSc (Hons) Agriculture for the academic year 2015. These scholarships will be granted to needy candidates on the basis of their previous academic record. However, fifty percent of scholarships seats are reserved for female aspirants as well as the students who are living in rural areas will be strappingly stimulated to apply for the scholarship. PAK-USAID merit and need based scholarship program is executed by HEC (Higher Education Commission) in partnership along with the selected 31 educational institutes.
Eligibility Criteria:
o To be eligible for this grant, the candidate must secure admission according to the university requirements in MSc (Hons) agriculture degree programs
o The candidate must secure the admission for the session 2015 and onwards
o The candidate must belong to the low income families.
What does scholarship cover?
The scholarship will cover the following expenses:
o Tuition fee
o Housing and Staying allowances
o Books expenses
o Transport expenditures
