Pakistan bat, Hazlewood replaces Cummins
Toss Pakistan chose to bat v Australia
Live scorecard and ball-by-ball details
Misbah-ul-Haq won the toss and Pakistan will bat first in their quarter-final against Australia at Adelaide Oval. It will be just the second time in this World Cup that Australia have had to chase a total; the first was when they sent Scotland in last weekend due to the threatening weather in Hobart. Pakistan have batted first three times in this campaign for three wins.
Australia made one change, opting for the extra bounce of Josh Hazlewood ahead of Pat Cummins on a surface that they expect will offer something for the fast men. Pakistan made no changes, which meant that Ehsan Adil retained his place after playing in their last match against Ireland, with Mohammad Irfan missing due to injury.
"They've left a little bit of grass on it," Australia's captain Michael Clarke said of the pitch. "I think we'll see good pace and carry and hopefully some seam."
Misbah concurred, but noted that the surface looked "a little bit different" from the two Adelaide wickets Pakistan had already played on in this World Cup.
