Pakistan on June 11 had banned the international aid agency 'Save the Children' which was embroiled in a controversy in 2012 linking it with US tracking down Osama bin Laden in Abbottabad. But as the US expressed concern over Pakistan's crackdown on international charitable organizations, it lifted the ban on the NGO. It seems amid US pressure, Pakistan changed its previous decision.
