PAKISTANI FOOD
The great influence on Pakistani food is from India, Central Asia, Kashmir, Afghanistan and Arab food. Pakistani food is known all over the world by its taste and spice. The food of every region of Pakistan is full of spices and is available in verities. The food verities vary from region to region and its \uniqueness is the sign of each region.
In Punjab Lahori fish is famous all over the Pakistan and abroad, peshawri chapel kabab , sindhi briyani, kashmiri plao, and blochi saji and kaak are famous. Kaak is rock hard bread. Dumpukht is the more prominent dish of blochistan made by meat. In Peshawar saag, charsada rice, kabuli palao,kabab and pkorhy are the reson of enjoyment of tourists and local people.
Panjabi food includes the lahori or more commonly the mighlai food contains full of spice dishes. These dishes are nihari, paye , nan, khameri roti, kulchy and gujrati plao.
pakistani breakfast is consist of bread, fish, egg (boile.omlaid),milk, tea,jam,butter,fruites(apple,oranges,mango,peach etc), nihari,paye,choly ,pori,nan and paratha.
In lunch people like to take heavy food like meat dishes like aloo gosht, chicken, keema ,kabab, chatnies, salad, daal, rice(briyani,boiled,plao) and fish with chapatti or nan.
Dinnerr is consist of koffte,nihari,korma,pulao,letins with nan or chapatti. In sweet dishes kheer gulab jaman and sheer khorma are every heart choice.
Pakistani deserts includes, ice cream, sheer khorma, kheer,custured, falooda,gulab jaman, jalaibi, zarda, rabri,barfi and ras malai.
In snakes smoma, pakorha, gol gapy,chaat, dhai bhaly, pani pori ,chips,keema rolsand potao roles are served with tea.
