Pass the Ketchup please

It seems that eating meals as a family is a thing of the past for most people. With couples working different schedules, children in school, eating on the run is common for many households. I admit, about the only time we sit as a family is Thanksgiving and Christmas. I miss those days, but they are gone for good. My husband works 80 miles one way from home and can get home anywhere from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM depending on traffic. I work ten hour days and don't feel much like cooking meals after work. And, making connections for a meal at the same time is difficult. I think that taking meals together is a great way to connect with family everyday. Unfortunately, it does not happen often.
