- For Pao/Buns:
- All purpose flour 1/2 kg
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Egg 1
- For Bhaji:
- Oil half cup
- Garlic cloves 4-5
- Mustard powder 1 tsp
- Red chillies powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 1 pao
- Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- Dried mango powder 1 tsp
- All spices powder 1 tsp
- Curry leaf 4-5
- Green chillies for garnish
- Green coriander leaves for garnish
- Potatoes 1 pao
- Cauliflower 1 pao
- Peas 1 pao
- Butter 50 gms

Cooking Directions

For Pao:Sieve flour add baking soda, yeast, salt and egg kneed and make soft medium dough.

Cover it and let it rise for 1 hour.

Make small buns and bake it for 20-25 minutes on 180 celcius.

For Bhaji:Cut potatoes and cauliflower in square pieces.

Heat oil in a pan put chopped garlic cloves, all chopped vegetables, peas and mustard powder cook for a few minutes.

Now in center of vegetables make whole and put chopped tomatoes .

Add turmeric, red chilli powder and dried mango powder cook till tomatoes get soft .

Mix vegetables let them sauté and mix in cut a cut style.

Add all spices powder and curry leaves cover lid and cook till vegetable tender.

Garnish with coriander leaves, green chillies and put butter on hot bhaji and let it melt.

Serve with pao/buns.
