Saturday is the one day out of the week that I can justify sleeping in. That being said, we're going to pay dearly if we sleep in too much.
I remember during my teenage years where there were some days where I slept in to about noon. Don't know how I did that. I think that if I wake up around five or so, I'm up and I'll be up until my body tells me it's time to go to bed.
Plus, there's always something to be done, even though it's a lighter day. They recommend eight hours of sleep but I think that any more than that is going to overcharge our system and make us more tired.
And given that I have a full night's sleep and am moving in super slow motion mode, it's obvious that I'm going to pay dearly for that extra ninety minutes of sleep time. I overdrew at the sleep bank.
