What Did It Feel Like?
It felt like I was a Princess and he was my Prince charming. We had everything in common. We listened to the same music. Our families loved each other and it was love at first sight. Not only that but, most people considered him ugly because he had big lips and a gap but, he meant the world to me and not only did I think he was cute I knew he was. I wanted to marry him and grow old with him and have kids like I want to now. He taught me what love felt like and how it is when you give someone a chance. He told e he loved me first and that's where the love story really began. We spent every weekend and day together!
What Happened Next?
We've been dating a year and five months ;) He loved me back and I told him how I felt about him. He cheated on me and when I found out it hurted and I forgave but honestly it took me a long time because it took me so long to find out. Not only that but I found out the girl is my cousin ugh I'm not bad mouthing anyone but she's slept with alot of people's man. I forgive but, never forget and she's always been out there so till this day I don't trust her. I've learned a lot from that and will tell you about that below. He loved me because he begged me back and not only that he cried and cried and he fought to get me back when I got with someone else because when he cheated I didn't forgive him right then and that's for real. I was upset and i hated him for doing that to me but, deep inside I still loved him. He's changed from all the stuff he did to me and i thank him for that and he told me thank you for taking him back after he cheated and even after he did other things and put me through FIRE AND BACK! I LOVE HIM AND I'M GLAD HE'S CHANGED.
Lessons Learned
- Everyone makes mistakes and we're only human so mistakes happen.
- Don't hold grudges
- Forgive and forget
- Take everything that's happened in the past and leave it exactly where it belongs in the past
- Know that when a boy cheats on you cries and begs you back and changes it's all because he loves you;)
