18-time Olympic Gold Medalist swimmer Michael Phelps was arrested last week on a drunk driving charge. Phelps was speeding and crossing double-lane lines, according to Bouncer Chronicles. The incident took place inside the Fort McHenry Tunnel in Baltimore, Maryland. The 29 year-old athlete was clocked going 84 miles per hour in a 45 miles per hour zone.
The most decorated Olympian of all time was unable to perform a series of standard field sobriety tests according to the police. This is the second DUI charge for Phelps. He was charged with the same crime back in 2004.
