Sampaguita

     Jasminum sambac or Jasminum sambacis is a small shrub or vine. It is cultivated for its sweet fragrant flowers, The flowers are also used for making perfumes and making tea. Arabian jasmine in English. This flower is also used in making garlands or lei in the Philippines. The national flower of the Philippines where it is commonly known as sampaguita among the Filipinos.
