People want to be healthy,while you prepare yourself for doing activities in office,work etc etc..,you need to keep yourself physically healthy.You must eat a balance diet and reduce junk food intake.Have enough hours of sleep..It is ideal to exercise.However,if you do not have the luxury of time,I think,there are many ways to convert your daily chores into exercise....FOR EXAMPLE, ***Use the stairs instead of elevator ... ***Walk briskly....*** Instead of riding vehicle for short distances,walk ...*** Get out of the vehicle a few blocks away from your destination and walk.... *** While cleaning the house make every movement a chance to stretch your body...*** When riding a vehicle or while watching TV,tuck in your your stomach and move your extremities to stretch.... Now let's all start to do it ,Remember that HEALTH IS WEALTH.
