Pork, dumplings and sauerkraut
Ingredients: 500 grams of pork, salt, cumin, grill seasoning, 2 onions, 500 grams sterilized cabbage, 2 dl white wine
Procedure: meat with salt and season with spices. Seared in a pan fry and then we bake in the oven when you pour water gently. Bake until tender. If it is too thin, thicken with flour or sugar dosladíme. Served best with potato dumplings.
