The Porsche 997 is the proficient internal designation of the hugely successful Porsche 911 series. The 911 series was first introduced in the year 2004. In 2009, Porsche made some profound changes in 997 lineup, such as increment of engine displacement, adoption of direct injection system, adding the dual clutch system and some styling changes. The key objective behind all these changes, were to make the car lighter, faster and more fuel efficient.
