POTATO BURGER
Burgers are all time favourite fast food for the kids, not only the kids but younger and elders are also fond of burgers, here is the very simple and easy to cook recipe. Follow this recipe and give delicious and healthy food to your family in few mints…..
INGREDIENTS
- Potatoes boiled 5-6
- Onion 1-2
- Rice flour 1 table spoon
- Tomato 2
- Red chillies ½ table spoon
- Salt to taste
- Tomato catch-up 3-4 table spoons
- Mayonnaise 3-4 table spoons
- Black paper ½ table spoon
- Bun 6-8
- Oil for frying
- Cabbage sliced ½ cup
METHOD
- Mash the boiled potatoes add salt, red chillies, black paper, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes and rice flour, mix it well.
- Make the patties of this mixture and place in freezer for half hour.
- Shallow fry patties and golden fry.
- Heat 1 table spoon of oil in pan and heat buns from both sides.
- Paste bun with mayonnaise, put tomato slice, put Pattie and place onion slice.
- Paste catch up and put slice cabbage and top with mayonnaise, put the second part of bun.
- Press the bun a little and serve it with tomato catch-up or garlic dip.
