Ingredient

unsalted butter                                    150gm

sugar                                                     150gm 

lemon zest                                              3/4 tsp

Refined flour                                          300gm

 baking powder                                       1/3tsp

salt                                                          your taste

method

.firstly we mixed sugar,lemon zest and the salt in an un salted butter we whisk it until it become creamy                . in another bowl we mixed flour and baking powder we slowly slowly mixed it wuth the butter bowl
.we put the whole mixture in the oven which is pre-heated the temperature will be at 180 centigrate for 40 minute
