Ingredients:
700 gms chicken ( leg pieces and breast pieces with bones)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup hung curds
2 tbsp giger garlic paste
1 tbsp green chili paste
1 tbsp chaat masala powder
½ tbsp garam masala
½ tbsp red hcili powder
1 tbsp mustard paste
2 tbsp oil/butter/ghee
Preparation method:
Make small incisions on the chicken pieces. Take curds, lemon juice add all the masalas in a bowl and mix them. Apply this marinade to the chicken and keep it in the refrigerator for ½ hr. apply oil all over the chicken pieces and keep them other high rack. Set the microwave at 60% microwave grill combination mode. Adjust the time for 15 min. and grill it. Keep on turning the chicken pieces in between, applying oil on them repeatedly for uniform browning. Serve hot with crispy onion rings, lemon wedges and green chutney.
