It is the duty of a management to ensure that safety standards are properly maintained and due to this the profits of company is maximizing.  the managers will do whatever it needs to ensure the savings of direct and indirect cost caused due to improper safety standards.

Well it is the legal obligation for company to ensure the safety of their workers and employees. so it should be top priority to do safety because if safety standards is maintained then legally company ratings become good. all the companies are abide by the laws. they must ensure the safety of worker so they not become able to stand against the law of a particular country.
