Procedure on how to cook  GISING - GISING with my own style



Do you eat vegetable? What kind of vegetable do you eat?
When i was a child i hate vegetables,you know why? Because when i eat vegetables i feel like i'm eating a grass.but that's the old days.My grandparents says that if you eat vegetables you will lived longger.like her.
but lately i figure out that their are so many dishes that vagetables are involved.and i begin to conduct an experiment on cooking gicing gicing on my own style and receipt.

Here are my ingredients.

• 1 medium Broccoli
• 1 medium Cauli flower
• 2 medium Carrots
• 100 grams Sitsaro (Snow Peas)
• 100 grams Young corn
• 2 medium Bell Pepper
• 1 medium Onion, diced
• 5 cloves Garlic, minced
• 1 small chop of  Ginger, cut in strips
• 2 pieces chili or Siling labuyo
• 2 pieces of  red bell peper red & green just cut into wedges
• 1/4 kilogram ground beef
• 1/4 kilogram Squid
• 4 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
• 2-3 tablespoons Butter
• 1 cup Water
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup of water 

And now here is the cooking procedure:

1. Put the butter on the pan and saute onion, garlic and ginger.

2. Add in the ground beef and squid, stir for a while until they are slightly cooked, about 1 minute.

3 .Then stir in the oyster sauce and water.

4. Add the sliced vegetables and stir fry, then add the chili or siling labuyo and reduce the heat,
    stir and let it simmer.

5. Be sure not to overcook the vegetables, they should maintain their bright color and crunch, not soft and mushy. When the       vegetable are cooked, pour in the cornstarch solution to thicken the sauce.

6. And thats it now your done! Serve it with a smile.
