After getting off a flying start by groundbreaking Jalsa in Karachi for countrywide expansion of Azadi March movement, the next stop chosen by PTI Chief Imran Khan was provincial capital of Punjab, Lahore; a city that has critical significance in relevance with the political history of Pakistan. Selecting Lahore that still said to be stronghold of ruling party PML-N by some critics was indeed a daring decision to challenge the Sharif Dynasty on their home ground. Moreover, this gathering had to prove how much the Go Nawaz Go slogan does have appeal among the Lahories, which was like a litmus test for whole movement in my opinion.

It was the third power show of PTI on the same venue and I feel myself lucky to be the part of all three, but this time it was the experience I never had before. The turnout of crowd that comprised of each sector of society was beyond expectations and in simple cricketing term I can say it was a Maximum just when it needed.

Words can't express that how much these people were charged up as it’s the specialty of PTI to have extreme lively environment in its gatherings, as Insafians were fully pumped up, roaring and chanting 'Go Nawaz Go'. I have not seen women participating in any political gathering in a huge number as Tigresses did in Lahore Jalsa; my own family attended such event with full zest for first time ever. What can be more amazing sight than listening Imran Khan at jam packed Minar-e-Pakistan ground at that evening just like 'Hope of Pakistan' thundering underneath the shadow of symbol of Pakistan for his homeland, for his nation.
Standing among the passionate crowd, what I felt is that people are now much dedicated and intensely motivated in their fight to change the system. The dream of 'Naya Pakistan' was blazing in their eyes and its flame would keep them agitated and focused until the ultimate destination achieved.

By each perspective, Lahore Jalsa was the greatest ever at this historical ground and the fortress of Lahore has fallen to PTI because Zinda Dilan-e-Lahore gave their verdict in the favor of Imran Khan.

The talk of the town Go Nawaz Go slogan has actually transformed into voice of nation now. It is not merely aimed at ousting a fake mandated Prime Minister and its illegitimate government, but also reflects the will of nation against this fake mode of democracy, flawed system, state oppression and above all the injustice.

During this whole exercise of Azadi March, Imran Khan has been able to awaken the conscience of the nation and driven people to stand up for their rights and say NO to tyranny anymore that is indeed a great achievement. The appeal of Change and major revamp in the system being so deeply felt today as it had never been in the past just because this Nation has Risen Up for themselves, for their country. Imran Khan has injected the realization them that "The power of people is greater than the people in power".

Change is inevitable sooner or later as it is written on the wall now!
I am proud of being a part of this movement that will eventually bring true democracy in the country and would make it Islamic welfare state that’s what our Quaid dreamt of.
