Lulu was the first company I used to publish my books. The second company I published my books through was Create-Space.
After the commercial publishing houses invaded the e-book world like careless, destructive insects, my only choice was to publish directly through a company operated by Amazon.
For a publishing author it’s the best career move to position yourself as close to Amazon as possible. As an author, if you work with Amazon, you will always feel confident you have the most powerful ally watching your back and helping to lift you to greater heights. A person will never go wrong when they align with a company that respects people’s values above everything, and utilizes technology to better the world for people, as opposed to using technology only to earn a profit.
The only reason I switched from publishing through Lulu to CreateSpace is because, Amazon owns CreateSpace. Amazon offers extensive e-book options, including free e-books, to members and to anyone that purchases a print book.
Publishing through CreateSpace was the greatest move I made while publishing. CreateSpace helped me save time and money, and reach an audience I would have never reached alone or with an established publishing house.

My Experience
Publishing with CreateSpace
After I formatted my first book through CreateSpace, I knew I loved the company. The process was fast, and the online tools were superior to all other companies.
I received my first print copy of my book and I felt beaming pride. I told anyone that would listen how amazing the book felt. I chose a matte finish, and I knew I was holding the future of print books. All I wanted to do was, write and publish another book. I told everyone that all writers and publishers will be using CreateSpace – it’s foolish to use any other company.
Everyone that has touched my books agrees the books feel amazing.
CreateSpace (and Amazon) are clearly superior in regards to e-book innovations and customer service, leading to the rebirth of the print book industry.
