Puerto Rico is an especially easy Caribbean jaunt for Americans - it's a short flight from Miami and since it's a U.S. territory you don't need a passport to travel there. Royal Caribbean's vast new cruise ship, Quantum of the Seas, arrived at the island's San Juan port of call this month.
