Qualities of prospective good businessman (part 1)

Business is and important activity of moderen age. It is one of the oldest profession in the world. Through the ages people have been engaged in some sort of buying or selling activity . This is the one side to understand business, is that "it is an activity where two parties or persons interact with each other to achieve certain monetary or economic goals ." The success of a business depends upon the person who conducts business .

In my view these qualities should be in a good businessman.
That a business man for success in business, businessman should possess common sense . This common sense must be sound and consistently unerring . Common sense is usually based on experience and training . It is the sum total of the many minor qualities . It includes tact and caution ability to judge men , a cool head resourcefulness to meet situation and patient attitude towards criticism .

That a business should skilfully and efficiently , is highly necessary for him. This ability depends upon temperament and training . The world always pays for ability says a business man.Talent always attracts financial recognition . If a business man wishes to go higher, he must prove himself more fit than his competitors . With the increase in size has complexity of business , this ability has become more important.
That a good businessman must possess business ethic . There exist dishonest business . They look to the immediate profit . But ignore the ultimate loss sooner or later they are doomed to failure .

 

A good business man must be honest in his dealings . He should know that straight forwoard methods and honest dealings pay in the long run .
The most valuable assets for business man is his good name and reputation herence to honesty , straightforwardness and fair play .So a good businessman must be a man of mortality , honesty and integrity and fair play
