I’m here today to tell you who is a true Muslim and some of its characteristics.

Dear friends, today I will tell you some major points which indicate the qualities of a true Muslim.
First I want to tell you the definition of a true Muslim.
Who is a Muslim?

A Muslim is a human who actually lives his life with true teachings of Islam and with Islamic rules and regulations. He spends every moment in the memory of Allah and his worship is only for Allah. He wants to sacrifice his whole life for the sake of Islam and Islamic teachings and jobs are his first priority. The aim of his life is to spend every moment in the worship of Allah. He lives for Allah and wants to die in the way of Islam.
Muslim is also defined by Wikipedia in following words;
A Muslim is someone who follows or practices Islam, a monotheistic Abrahamic religion. Muslims consider the Quran(Koran), their holy book, to be the verbatim word of God as revealed to the Islamic prophet and messenger Muhammad. The majority of Muslims also follow the teachings and practices of Muhammad (sunnah) as recorded in traditional accounts (hadith).[11] "Muslim" is an Arabic word meaning "one who submits (to God)".

The above-defined words by Wikipedia tell us clearly who is actually a Muslim and the complete definition of a Muslim.

Now I will move further and will tell you the major qualities of a Muslim.
Allama Iqbal said,
“It is better to be a human instead of an angel but it takes much time and difficulties”.

Believe on Allah:

A strong Muslim always believes in Allah and he does not know anyone else. His strong belief in Allah makes him true Muslim. His strong belief proves his strength of being a Muslim. His work, honesty and daily routine prove it. Strong believe on Allah is his power and he cannot be defeated due to this strength.
Honesty makes him successful:

The honesty is the main quality of a strong Muslim and he proves it. Whether he is in his own country or abroad, he believes that Allah is watching him so he works with full of honesty. Honesty is the best policy and a strong Muslim proves it. This strong belief and honesty make him successful in every field of his life.
Respecting the others:

A strong Muslim respects his elders and gives them full respect in all manners. Giving respect to the elders gives him peace of mind. He respects all people either he knows them or not and gives them equal respect. Giving respect to other people gives him more love.
Prayers:

Prayer is the simplicity of a strong Muslim and a Muslim can be recognized through it. Prayer is the compulsory activity of Islam and Muslim do this duty regularly and never leaves it so we can find this quality in a good Muslim easily. Prayer is must for every Muslim where ever he is so it is very easy to identify a true Muslim with prayer. Prayer must be read in every condition and there is no relaxation in it. So you can find it in a Muslim.
Shirk (Competition of God with others):

A true Muslim never compete for anyone with God. He knows that every creation is only due to Allah. So he knows it and he will not compete Allah with anyone. He will never think about it. He will also believe that every action is driven to Allah. He knows it clearly that Allah is only who can help him in all matters. He is only who can help him in difficulties. Allah can solve his issues. Allah can stop his diseases.
Lie and Fraud:

A Muslim saves himself from telling lie or making fraud with anyone. He never tells lie to anyone. H never makes fraud in his business and in other fields of his life. He always speaks the truth and makes his deals with truth and honesty. His truth and honesty make him different from others and his real strength is this. He neither makes fraud nor tries to make wrong mistakes.
Family worries and problems:

A true Muslim thinks about his family and knows that he have to answer about his family to Allah. So he always worries about it and tries to solve the family matters with peace and kindness. He always takes care of his family and cares about them. This kindness and caring are only because he thinks that Almighty Allah is watching him and he has to answer to Allah.

A strong Muslim believes that one day Allah will disclose the whole earth and all peoples have to answer regarding his acts. All people will be gathered and will give the exam about what they did in the life. This strong belief keeps a Muslim away from sins and bad acts. So he always is aware of it and takes right decisions. His right decisions and right acts make his life successful.

The above-mentioned qualities and characteristics make an example of true Muslim and reflect his faith and believe. A Muslim always takes cares of these qualities because these things are his realities of being a Muslim. I would like to pray Allah that he makes us true Muslim and keep us under his own caring and make us a true and real Muslim. Almighty Allah, save us from sins and bad acts.
