Welcome to Querlo Tutorials! In this tutorial series, we will show you some basics on how to use Querlo. Today, you'll learn how to access the chat builder in order to edit a chat.

 

Step 1:

On the menu on the left side of the page, click "Chats" (Q1) to see all your chats. Select and click a chat that you'd like to edit (Q2). 

 

Step 2:

This is the chat builder. 

On the top of the page, it shows the title of the chat (Q1) so that you know which one you are editing.

The highlighted area in the middle is the chat builder which you can edit the content for your chat (Q2). 

Click the "Preview" button (Q3) to open the chat HTML client which shows you how your chat is presented to the viewers. 

 

Step 3:

Click on the last node (Q1) to access the contextual menu (Q2) which contains all the actions you can perform on the selected node. 

In our example, the last node is a text block which is a blue rounded rectangle. (Read related article: The Types of Node) 

 

The actions include:

- Edit

- New Question

- New Text Block

- New Image Link

- New Video embed

- New Command

- Connect

- Connect to another chat

- Go to this element

- Remove
