Every Racial and Racist joke starts the same way, people look behind to check who is listening and start the joke.

Its now years that I have been thinking to a new way to distribute Tax breaks, establish a Racial Tax.

The concept is quite controversial but interesting.

Those who have 2 races get a 5% discount, those with 3 get a 10% off and with 4 or more 15% off.
Doing so we would stimulate people to mix race and this would give us two effects:

a) less racial tensions
b) stronger DNA

In essence is the exact opposite of what Nazi Germany had in mind.
