Rap Pioneer Dead At 46

Bouncer Chronicles reports hip-hop producer DJ E-Z Rock, who was partnered with rapper Rob Base, past away recently. E-Z Rock, whose real name was Rodney Bryce, died at the age of 46.

One of Bryce's classic rap songs, "It Takes Two," was a platinum record. Bryce was a Harlem native that was friends with Base since the fourth grade. Base announced the death of Bryce on social media, tweeting "RIP Skip (DJ E-Z Rock) my friend, my brother."

Details about the cause of his death were not immediately available.
