Recipe of Andha Ghatola

Ingredients

  • Tomato ½ kg
  • Eggs 4
  • Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Coriander 2 tablespoons
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Green chili 4
  • Turmeric powder ½ table spoon
  • Oil ¾ cup

Method of cooking

First of all placed the oil in a pan and fired is ON and then warm it. Then add chopped onion in it and cooked it for 3 to 4 minutes, even they become soft and gives light golden color then add chopped tomatoes in it and mixed it well, even they become soft and cooked. Then add salt, red chili powder, and fried all the ingredient in the tomato paste, then add eggs in it and mixed it quickly.And finally add chopped coriander and green chilies and then dish is ready and serve them.
